Mjudio — Music Studio Visualizer

Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Mjudio for use of the app on Mac, iPhone and iPad. Also referred to as the Terms of Service.

Effective 10 September 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using Mjudio ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Mjudio is distributed through the App Store and the Mac App Store. Your licence to use the app is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA. Your use is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Where Apple's terms and these Terms conflict on matters of licensing, billing or distribution, Apple's terms govern.

2. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Mjudio on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms.

You may not resell, redistribute, rent out, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Your content

You keep every right you already have in your own material. The audio, images, video, lyrics and text you bring to Mjudio remain yours. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to use them. As explained in the Privacy Policy, your material never leaves your device.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the material you import. In particular, you need permission from the rights holder to use a song you did not create if you intend to publish or monetise the resulting video. Mjudio does not clear music rights for you, and does not check whether you hold them.

Videos you export are yours to use, including commercially, subject to the rights in the underlying material.

4. Free and paid features

Mjudio is free to download and use. Some features require a paid upgrade. The free tier applies limits — including a watermark on exported video, a lower maximum export resolution, and caps on exports per day and saved projects. Current values are listed in the FAQ.

Paid options are:

PlanType
MonthlyAuto-renewing subscription
YearlyAuto-renewing subscription, offered with a free trial
LifetimeOne-time purchase, no recurring charge

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

All purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. We do not handle or store payment information.

6. Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policy, not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you believe something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will help where we can.

7. Restoring purchases

Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them. Use Restore Purchases in the app to re-apply an existing purchase on another device or after reinstalling. One purchase covers Mac, iPhone and iPad under the same Apple Account. Signing in with a different Apple Account will not carry a purchase across.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features between versions. We may also adjust the limits that apply to the free tier. We will not remove a feature you have already paid for from the version you have installed.

9. Disclaimer of warranty

Mjudio is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Keep your own backups. Video rendering is demanding work and no software is immune to crashes or file corruption. We are not responsible for lost projects or lost exports.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Mjudio is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost time.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use Mjudio. You may end them at any time by deleting the app. Sections 3, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights.
